About me

Educational Pursuits

I graduated from BYU with my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (ME) during the summer of 2024. I am currently finishing the last year of my M.S. in ME at BYU in Provo, Utah. My work focuses on improving prosthetic legs and their development. I work as part of the Compliant Mechanisms and Robotics group, and my advisor is Dr. Larry Howell. I have especially enjoyed my classes that focus on mechanical and product design, and I hope to use design principles in my work.

Personal Life

I grew up in St. George, UT and am the oldest of 6 children. I have amazing parents and siblings, and I love them dearly.

I also love my beautiful wife, to whom I was married in May of 2024. We enjoy backpacking, biking, and doing all sorts of other things together. She is an accountant and also an incredible volleyball player!

In my free time, I enjoy skiing, running, playing a variety of sports, and reading books.
